Lightweight Mullite Insulation Bricks

1, Excellent thermal insulation properties
2, Lightweight
3, High-temperature resistance
4, Low heat storage
5, Easy to cut and install

Product Description:

Insulation bricks are made of bauxite, mullite, kaolin, and other raw materials, which are screened and evenly mixed with binders, and then fired at high temperature after pressing.

There are many types of lightweight insulation bricks, including fire clay insulation bricks, mullite insulation bricks, alumina hollow ball bricks, silicon insulation bricks, etc.

Mullite Insulation Brick has the properties of high porosity, low thermal conductivity, lightweight, thermal insulation, and Good thermal shock resistance.

Key Features:

(1)Excellent thermal insulation properties

They have a low thermal conductivity, which helps to reduce heat loss and improve energy efficiency.

(2)Lightweight

They are lightweight and easy to handle, reducing the overall weight of the furnace, to reduce the negative impact of the weight of the furnace itself,    This can improve the performance and longevity of the furnace, reducing maintenance costs and improving energy efficiency by minimizing heat loss.

(3)High-temperature resistance

Refractory insulation bricks can withstand high temperatures without melting or degrading, making them suitable for use in high-temperature applications.

(4) Low heat storage

They have a low heat storage capacity, which helps to reduce the amount of heat absorbed and released by the material during temperature fluctuations.

(5)Easy to cut and install

Refractory insulation bricks are easy to cut and shape, making them easy to install and customize to fit specific applications.
